Biography
Dr. Spyridon Sapounas is currently the Head of Endocrinology Department at "DermaPoint Athens" and at "Laser Touch" Clinic. He has also worked as the Resident in the Endocrinology and Internal Medicine in the General Hospital of Athens. Dr. Sapounas has completed his MSc in International Medicine - Health Crisis Management in the University of Athens and his doctorate in the Uiveresity of Crete. He is very fluent and expert in the languages of English, German and Bulgarian. Dr. Sapounas has published many of his research projects in the field of Diabetes and Endocrinology. He has participated and involved himself in numerous seminar conferences. He is also interested in the Phylogenetic analysis, Molecular Epidemiology- Processing of Nucleotides.
